IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
PUPPY PRICING
A bulldog puppie is not easy to choose. Here are some things that you might want to consider before doing so. "An english bulldog is expensive."
Our Bulldog Puppies range from $1,800 to $3,500. All puppies listed on the page will have a price listing next to their picture. Pricing will be determined by sex and or show potential. All prices are firm and non negotiable. We do accept deposits and monthly payments on future puppies. In other words, you cannot take a puppy home without payment in full!
DEPOSITS
Deposits will be accepted when the puppy is at least 2 weeks old. The minimum deposit is $500.00. Deposits are not refundable for any reason from the buyers perspective with the exception of any money deposited over $500.00. We can hold the deposit for another puppy or future puppy for you. The full deposit will be returned for any of the following reasons - 1) The puppy cannot be sold due to serious illness or death. 2) The seller decides not to sell the puppy as it is determined that the welfare of the puppy would best not be sold to buyer. 3) If seller for any other legitimate reason decides not to sell the puppy to buyer.
SHIPPING
If buyer lives to far to personally pick up their puppy we can arrange delivery to their nearest major airport. All shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Please contact us for details.
STUD SERVICE
The prices for the stud services will appear in any of the stud's links.All studs are registered under the AKC and have had litters in the past.
The price for the session of stud service :
-3 day session of stud service is "$500"
The 3 day session has been our most effective so far. Be sure to aways ask your regular vet wich is the best day for insimination for you female bulldog.
The most important information on a stud pedigree is the first 3 generations, any other breeder showing more then 7 generations are just trying to show off. (this does not mean that is bad to have to many champions on the bloodline, but the closer they are to him the better)
ARTIFICIAL INSIMINATION
In our kennel we have insiminated our own females and have succeded pregnancy every time.We offer to our clients the artificial insimination in case that our clients want us to artificially insiminate the female bulldog.
The price for the artifitial insimination is of "$50" and we permit our clients to be in the pressence of the insimination as it occurs.

We as pet owners and breeders understand how upsetting it can be that the female doesn't reach pregnancy, that is why we recommend that you visit your regular Veterinarian to ask wich are the best days of fertility to insiminate the female bulldog.In our kennel we preffer to insiminate from day 9 to day 13 of wich the female had started bleeding.
IMPORTANT: Its not a 100% warranty that the female bulldog will reach pregancy,that is why we recommend to visit the Vet first before any insimination is proceded.

IMPORTANT NOTE
A responsible breeder is the best source for a well-bred healthy dog. Buy your dog from a well-respected breeder who specializes in the breed you plan to purchase. NEVER purchase a dog from a pet store. The breeder you choose should be someone with whom you can communicate and trust. The breeder should willingly be an ongoing source of information and advice about your dog.
Many of the unsuccesful pregnancies are due to the fact the its hard to determine the days of ovulation of the famale.That is why we recommend that you get a test from your Vet of fertiity and a schedule of days of ovulation for a proper and accurate insimination for a succesful pregnancy.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:
If at any time the buyer can no longer retain possession of this dog, the seller is to be notified and given FIRST OPTION of resuming full ownership at a * price to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. *This would take into consideration the costs incurred by the breeder in caring for the dog and locating a new home. The dog will be returned with the AKC papers and any medical records.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is the dog to be placed in a pet shop, animal shelter, or similar establishment.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is this dog to be used in dog fighting, or similar activities.
**Failure to comply with the above conditions of sale will hold the purchaser liable for $1500.00 punitive damages payable to the seller upon demand. Any and all court costs, & attorney fees will be paid by the purchaser at the time of the court's decision.
**It is understood that this agreement is to protect the integrity of the sellers' bloodlines.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
The seller guarantees this dog to be of sound health and temperament at the time of this sale. The purchaser agrees to take this dog to a licensed veterinarian of his choice within 48 hours for a physical examination. Should the dog be determined to be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, the dog may, upon written diagnosis from said veterinarian, be returned for refund of the purchase price or for another dog of equal value, the choice to be determined by the seller.
Any veterinarian's diagnosis shall be subject to confirmation by a veterinarian chosen and paid for by the seller. Should said veterinarian not concur with the diagnosis, the matter shall be presented to a third veterinarian mutually agreed upon by the seller and the purchaser.

Puppies have been immunized with his/her full set of medical inoculations since birth including parvo and dewormings.
